 Lutherhaven is a pan-Lutheran, non-profit entity. No synods or churches own or manage the camp. A board of 12 local Lutherans from 4 different synods manages camp operations. Funding comes from use fees, generous  donations of NM Lutherans, and supplemental gifts from Thrivent Financial  for Lutherans. 

The site is available for all New Mexicon Lutheran churches and their members. Individual families are welcome, but the main goal of Lutherhaven is to be a retreat, meeting, and recreational area for small groups from member churches. 

Lutherhaven is operated and maintained by volunteers.  You can support Lutherhaven by volunteering to help on workdays, serve on the board, and/or make tax-deductible financial contributions.  

Upstairs in the two-story Lodge are a a fully-equipped kitchen, a meeting/dining room with  seating/dining for 40 people, men's and women's bathrooms with showers, and a wrap-around deck.  On the lower level are 12 super-single bunk beds (24 beds total), 2 non-gender bathrooms with showers, a large sitting area with DVD movie  projection system, pool table, foosball table and a dart board.  .   An outdoor grill and small propane fire pit are available.  Lodge guests should bring their own bedding, pillows, towels, toiletries and food.  Toilet paper, paper towels, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, and kitchen towels are provided.    

An outdoor chapel area is located just north of the Lodge. 

Camping:  Five 12" x 12" tent sites. one larger tent site, a camping bathroom with shower, hot water and a flush toilet, a picnic shelter with 3 tables, and two fire pits are available on the property.  One RV site with hookup is also available.
